



Little Ninjas Karate ProgramPre-K to 1st Grade The Little Ninjas Program is designed specifically for children in Pre-K to 1st grade. In this program your child will learn and grow in a process designed to fit their skills and ability. The program is structured on a curriculum that teaches focus, concentration, perseverance, teamwork, coordination, discipline, build confidence and develope an "I can attitude". Children who participate in this program develope better physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially than the average child.

Juniors Karate ProgramAges 8-17 years
Our Juniors Program combines traditional karate training with high level character building and developement. Students will learn karate and life skills. The program focuses on improving concentration and self-confidence. Students will learn leadership skills and develope an "I can" attitude and will have an increased sense of responsibility. Students in this program will have the opportunity to tryout for special competition teams that will represent the school at local, national, and international tournament. Team members also have special training days for weapons and competition. Must have at least one year of training to be eligible.

Adult Karate Program18 & Up
Our Adult Program is designed to teach our students a high level of self-defense and to improve health and fitness. We understand that many students take karate for different reasons and that there are different skills and fitness levels. We have an approach that will help the people who haven't exercised and those who are very active. Our curriculum is designed to fit all levels whether beginner or advanced. Our program will help you stay in shape, you will build muscle strength and tone your body with our dynamic exercise and training method.

Kobudo (Weapons) ProgramThis program is designed to adults and junior students who have achieved an intermediate to advanced level. Students will become familiar with the weapons and their application.

Cardio Kick WorkoutsThis is a fitness class for adults. Lots of fun! It will help burn fat, tone the body, help with stress, improves flexibility, and self-confidence. We all know that when YOU LOOK GOOD, YOU FEEL GOOD!
